Dress Code: White tie event ladies dresses


Tomorrow the summer, which means that the time has come for partying, long-awaited celebrations and festivals of all kinds. Literally this dress code is translated as “white tie”. This is the most formal style, which nowadays is used extremely rarely. And this is the case when you have a Royal reception.

It is particularly important to examine the details of the wives of diplomats. Usually White tie is announced on the evening receptions with the presence of Presidents, monarchs, or on the official particularly formal events: presentation of the Nobel Prize, for example.

If you are lucky and your invitation is declared “white tie”, then you should choose a long dress with open shoulders. Allowed and even welcome dear artsy fabrics: velvet, Brocade, satin, lace, with minimal decoration. Be sure to dress rely long gloves, elbow, and high-heeled shoes. Shoes must be closed toe and heel.
