Here you can afford some liberties in interpretation of style: allowed loose hair, jewels can safely substitute for expensive jewelry and handbag can be absolutely anything. You can also afford to open-toe shoes.

Dress Black tie should be long, there may be high incisions, transparency, a bold and rich decor. Another key differentiator of this code is the validity of a bright, neon colors, up to fabrics, as well as print.
